Oh Yeah... Well I've been waiting for this little device and my wife and daughter surprised me, so I have to share with you guys. I absolutely have a strong appreciation of chemistry and science in general and the vacuum coffee maker utilizes both with a simple principle of changes in vapor pressure across sealed vessels. Siphon brewing (invented in the 1830's) is not new but is a very well known method of enhancing the aroma of coffee, producing rich extraordinary clean and bright cups every-time. I should also mention that it goes without saying this method of coffee making is the perfect paring for your favorite Chocolate Brownie too.
